Rse like everyone, but to me it has been a lifesaver. I usually take about 200mg a day, and some days I don't take any, but it sure has helped. I am very thankful to have something to take that doesn't have the side effects of the narcotics... I know also that quitting it "cold turkey" is horrible: absolute sleeplessness, anxiety, irritability to the point of rage, pain much worse than it was pre-Ultram, and depression.
