In March of last year - the first week i was on it, i lost 8lbs. then the second week it was 4lbs and then after that it was 1lb. I've lost 30lbs so far. The only side effects that I experienced was dry mouth, and not being hungry at all. After 3 months I stop taking it for about a month, and give my body a break from it. Then i start over - This definitely works for me, because I do see the results. And now for being on it for so long - my new thing is, I dont take phen on the weekends, so come monday - i feel the difference in my appetite.
